Legal Notice

1. The provided quote is preliminary and does not constitute a reservation. All prices and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed with payment.

2. No space is being held with this quote. To secure the quoted rates and guarantee availability, prompt booking and payment confirmation are recommended.

3. All rates are quoted per person in US Dollars. Price estimates are based on these travel dates. Prices may change if dates are changed.

4. Travel arrangements, including airline and cruise components, may be affected by supplemental price increases imposed by suppliers and/or government entities. These adjustments could occur even after the purchase is completed.

5. Entry & re-entry rules are country specific. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and your connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination. Make sure to note rules are subject to change whether your travels are foreign or domestic. U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport.  Passports must be valid for (6) months past the return date. Travelers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper and qualified documents for entry.  All names on documents must match legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets.  Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov for further information.  Immunizations may also be required.  Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government-imposed fines.  If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements.  Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

6. For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Please be aware that most policies may not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially during travel warnings. Our description of insurance does not constitute a binding assurance. You are a valued client, and we want to do everything possible to make your trip enjoyable and worry free.  Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur-before you leave or when you're away from home-we recommend the Allianz Plan.  It offers excellent benefits and combines insurance coverage with Emergency Hotline Services.  We require that all clients complete, sign and submit our Travel Insurance Request/Waiver Form indicating that you have been offered travel insurance.  You agree to hold us harmless for your decision not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claims by the insurer, particularly related to COVID-19 or any other policy claim.

7. We reserve the right to correct errors. In the event of a pricing error or omission, we reserve the right to adjust such pricing and make any necessary corrections. Please check your flight reservation and other booking documents upon receipt and verify all information is correct.  ITG Destinations will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to our attention immediately.
